This is so beautiful and sweet. There's also a certain innocence in the way you wrote this through Ohno's perspective that is reflected in the way you use your words to describe the passing seasons, or the world through Ohno's eyes, like when he thinks he has a looooong cold, but he's actually in love with Jun. I love how the other members were supportive in their own different ways, maybe teasing him a little, but with affection. And I loved that Ohno was worried about Jun so much, and didn't want to leave him alone. Their interactions are so very cute, and the ending is just so perfectly Ohno <3
