Somehow I don't think that the "Sho met someone else" means that he found a new love, I think he met someone who told him that he should leave Jun, or maybe he just wants to push Jun away, because he thinks that Jun can't bear with Sho anymore, and it's the best to leave him - and in his weird mind SHo thinks it's the best to tell him that he has someone else?
