I'm so happy you liked the Shingo and Takuya scenes. It's always fun to write them, because Shingo is so laidback and just knows how to handle Takuya here. Shingo really feels deeply for Takuya, it seems.
You are right, without Masaki being persistent and trying wholeheartedly they wouldn't have had a chance. But he did follow his heart and was successful, it eems ^^
Jun's family is really complicated. We'll soon know more about it, I promise!
