Summary: There are people who don't undersand why Pi stays with Jin, or why Jin stays with Pi.

There are people who don’t understand their relationship, don’t understand why they like each other and what they see in each other. They don’t know why Pi stays with Jin, or why Jin stays with Pi.
But it is as it is. And it just so happens that Pi enjoys it the most to be in Jin’s arms, not in anyone else’s.
He doesn’t know where it is leading him to, but sometimes, before Jin falls asleep, he whispers things like: “You are so important, Tomo, so important.” Or today he says: “Let’s go on a date on Christmas Eve. Don’t meet anyone else, ‘kay?”
It’s one of those moments when Jin is all honest and not wearing a cool and detached mask. And Pi knows, ah, this is why. This is the reason why he loves him, why he stays with him, even though their relationship is so difficult. Even though Jin is in the US most of the time, and Pi doesn’t know who he meets there, who he sleeps with, and his heart aches in these moments.
But then, it’s the same for Jin. He doesn’t know what Pi does in Japan, who he meets, who he sleeps with. And Pi is glad that these things remain uncertain to Jin. Because in the end, it doesn’t matter to him. It’s enough to know that even when everyone in the world hates him, he will still have a place in Jin’s arms.
