Imbalance: 07 Cut

Genre: romance, somewhat angsty?
Plot: It's always been okay for him to be the person in a relationship who loves more.
Note: This is
akhikaru 's fault, and also learashi , with their prompt tables and awesome drabble series <3 I've decided to treat this like a challenge. I'm using a prompt-table from lj, and will write these drabbles as they come to my mind, withoug planning anything in advance. It's going to be one story in the end, but the drabbles won't be posted in the correct timeline. This is the correct timeline up to now: 01: Lively, 07: Cut, 04 Heavy, 05 Forward, 06 Prowl, 02 Remorseful, 03 Dismiss
Jun is mesmerized by the drop of red colour that’s running down his arm. His skin is white, making the red colour pop out even stronger. It looks beautiful, he thinks, and for this moment his heart feels weirdly calm, it’s not racing like it normally does, the tension inside him seems to fade, the voices in his head calmer. However it’s just a tiny drop, the cut is so small, maybe he can make it bigger, maybe his mind will stop screaming entirely if he does. He twists the knife between his fingers before carefully placing the tip on his skin, making the cut on his forearm larger. It stings. But it feels warm too. The trail of blood is stronger now, more red, thicker, running down his elbow and dripping on the floor.
Right behind him Jun can hear a sudden squeal. He almost drops the knife in horror, worried that someone saw what he did. He is supposed to be alone at home, who is there now?
“Macchan!” To his surprise it’s Sho, rushing towards Jun. “What happened!?” He takes a towel from the kitchen counter, holding it under cold water for a few seconds before grabbing Jun’s wrist and turning his arm. He wraps the towel around his arm tightly, pressing it against his wound.
“I…” Jun stutters. “Was cooking, and slipped…” It’s not a lie, well, almost not, because the first initial tiny cut happened like that.
Sho sighs slightly, sitting down on one of the chairs and pulling Jun on his lap, wrapping his free arm around him. His body is shivering slightly, much to Jun’s surprise. He has never seen Sho that worried for him before. “You are such a clumsy little idiot,” he whispers into Jun’s neck.
“I’m sorry,” Jun stutters.
“No, don’t be.” Sho kisses his forehead softly. “It can happen. Don’t worry, I’m here now.”
Jun blushes, a warm feeling spreading inside him.
Maybe that’s why, he thinks a lot later when he has gotten used to finding relief in using a sharp object on him, maybe that’s why he feels this warmth inside him when he hurts himself.
A/N: So, this is how Jun started to hurt himself. He is very young here. Basically a young teen.

This is very sad. So that's why he thinks if he hurts himself then Sho will pay him more attention later on?
