akhikaru 's fault, and also learashi , with their prompt tables and awesome drabble series <3 I've decided to treat this like a challenge. I'm using a prompt-table from lj, and will write these drabbles as they come to my mind, withoug planning anything in advance. The texture of Satoshi’s lips tastes like so much that it blows Jun’s mind away for a moment. His lips taste like a long hidden promise about giving them a chance, they taste like memories about broken hearts and strong arms holding him, they taste like protection. And like a journey, away from these past memories into a future.
Before he even knows what’s happening he is crying. Satoshi moves away a bit, soft thumbs suddenly brushing over Jun’s cheeks. He can feel Satoshi pulling him into his arms, hugging him softly. “Jun-kun, I’m sorry,” he says softly. “I went with the flow. I should have been more attentive.”
Jun shakes his head wildly, because that’s really not what made him cry. “I wanted to kiss you too.”
“Then what is it?” Satoshi pulls back a bit, looking right into Jun’s eyes.
“You will think badly of me,” Jun stutters.
“Why should I ever think badly of you?” Satoshi blinks in confusion.
“You don’t know anything about me,” Jun states nervously, not sure how he can ever tell Satoshi the truth. It will make him run, he is sure about that. Satoshi will think he is crazy or disgusting, a maniac.
“I know you probably were battling a lot of demons while you hid from everyone,” Satoshi says quietly. Jun’s eyes widen in surprise. How did he know!? “Masaki-san… he is a therapist, isn’t he?”
Jun nods meekly.
“He never said anything, but… I just had a feeling you were his patient.”
“And you don’t mind?” Jun whispers nervously.
Satoshi takes Jun’s hand and squeezes it tightly before taking his face between his hands again. “Dare me,” he says. “If I disappoint you, I’ll personally tell Nino-kun that I did, so that he can kick my butt. And I believe he will kick me from the planet then.”
“I…” Jun swallows, not sure how to continue and how to tell Satoshi. He decides to simply show him. When he strips off his clothes Satoshi indeed blinks for a moment, it has to be a sight really, like he is seducing him. But Satoshi catches on fast, stepping closer, reaching out his hand to grasp Jun’s arm.
For a moment he doesn’t say anything, just looks at Jun’s arms. “So that’s what you have been fighting against.” Satoshi’s voice shakes dangerously. Jun is not sure what he hears in his voice. Surprise? Shock? Sadness? Guilt? But to his surprise Satoshi doesn’t ask any questions for now, he just places a warm kiss against Jun’s wrist. “You have been so brave, Jun. So brave. Winning this battle.”
No one has ever said something like this to him. No one has ever acknowledged him for actually fighting… and winning. For a moment Jun’s heart feels like it’s going to explode. He bursts into tears, happy to feel how Satoshi hugs him tightly.
No one has ever complimented or respected him for taking up this fight. Satoshi is the first.
A/N: This is after Jun went to therapy, obviously, and when he re-met Satoshi. I think we are half-way through these drabbles now (or almost :D)
Next drabble will be about their school time again. After all we just read how Sho and Satoshi beat each other up in school. It's not going to end just like that, is it?
